Sometimes you just feel like having a snack for yourself or to share. This healthy snack you can make in 15 minutes with a few simple ingredients and let me add that it is FINGER LICKING GOOD!!!
Guacamole with sweet chili sauce and sour cream. For this you need the following ingredients:
rasped cheese (optional)
pepper and salt
Sweet chili sauce
and nacho’s or tortilla chips.
Preheat the oven at 190 degrees. Chop up the shallot and the tomato (take out the seeds). Scoop out the avocados and cut them into pieces. Mix it all together and add pepper and salt to your liking. Cut the lime and squeeze in the juice, try one half and see how fresh you want it before you add the other half. The lime also prevents the avocado from turning brown.
Now take a baking dish and put in the chips, cover this with the guacamole and add the chili sauce. You can add the rasped cheese if you like and put it in the oven for 4 minutes. After you take it out add the sour cream on top and dig in!
Homemade guacamole is a lot healthier than the guacamole from the store (that often doesn’t even contain avocado). Even though avocado is a fatty food, it is good for your health, hair and skin. Its way healthier than a bag of M&M’s! I hope you like this recipe as much as I do! Enjoy!
